FamilyLawGPS Arizona — Early Access
Arizona Revised Statutes Title 25, mapped.
The same discipline as the Florida, Texas, and North Carolina platforms, on Arizona law: the covenant question asked first, the sixty-day clock that runs from service, misconduct-blind community division, two Supreme Court guidelines instruments named with their provenance — every tool deterministic, every citation resolved from the official statutes, and every unknown named instead of guessed.
The clock Arizona runs differently
The sixty-day floor runs from service, not filing (§ 25-329) — filing early does nothing until service happens. File and serve promptly; the clock runs while the paperwork proceeds. Run the clock →
Dissolution Qualifier
Covenant status first, then the § 25-312 findings — routed honestly in every direction
Open →
Community Property
Pooled by § 25-211, divided equitably WITHOUT regard to misconduct — quoted, never predicted
Open →
Spousal Maintenance
The five § 25-319 gates + the Supreme Court's guidelines instrument — spotted, never computed
Open →
Child Support
Income shares under the official guidelines — inputs assembled, no dollar figures until verified
Open →
Deadlines
The sixty-day floor that runs FROM SERVICE — runtime-verified against the statute's own words
Open →
Protective Orders
Orders of Protection and Injunctions Against Harassment — two lanes, routed right
Open →
Filing Check
The defect battery — four-state wrong-authority wall, covenant disclosure, § 25-312 allegations
Open →
File & Finish Tracker
File, then SERVE — the clock runs from service, and the tracker teaches it
Open →
Arizona Learn
Ten corpus-keyed topics — the from-service clock leads

What is live in Arizona — and what is not yet
Live: the deterministic toolset
Every tool computes from the official Arizona Revised Statutes — 301 sections ingested from azleg.gov (the Legislature's own rendition, hash-pinned, with the Fifty-seventh Legislature session stamp carried on every row) plus the cross-title protective-order statutes. Cross-source verification is honestly pending: third-party publishers block automated comparison, and this platform states its provenance rather than overclaiming it.
Not yet: document preparation
Arizona certifies Legal Document Preparers (Rule 31, ACJA § 7-208) for document preparation without attorney supervision. Until counsel resolves how that regime applies here, this platform prepares NO Arizona documents — the Judicial Branch's own Self-Service Center provides the official forms and instructions, in English and Spanish.
Not yet: guideline dollar figures
Arizona runs TWO Supreme Court guidelines instruments — child support and spousal maintenance (revised 2025). Their calculation tables have not been byte-verified into this platform's corpus, so no support or maintenance amount renders here. Unverified numbers do not render on this platform, in any state.
Not yet: AI & attorney review
The AI suite is Florida-red-teamed and stays Florida-scoped; the review marketplace is licensed FLORIDA attorneys behind the jurisdiction wall until Arizona reviewers onboard — enforced in software, every direction.
Safety first, in any state. If there is violence or fear in your situation, start at Safety Mode— Arizona's Orders of Protection carry ex parte issuance. The two lanes, routed right →
