FamilyLawGPS Texas — Early Access

The Texas Family Code, mapped.

The same discipline as the Florida platform, on Texas law: percentage child support, possession orders, maintenance gates, community property, the sixty-day clock, request-based disclosure — every tool deterministic, every citation resolved from dual-source-verified Texas statutes and the official rules compilation, and every unknown named instead of guessed.

What is live in Texas — and what is not yet

Live: the deterministic toolset

Every tool on this page computes from verified Texas law — 479 corpus sections ingested dual-source from the official Texas statutes site plus the Supreme Court's rules compilation, hash-pinned, with the same release gate the Florida corpus runs.

Not yet: the AI suite

The Grounded Assistant, Deep Research, and Matter Agents are red-teamed against Florida law and stay Florida-scoped. Texas generative surfaces open only after a Texas red-team passes in FamilyBench — honesty before features.

Not yet: attorney review

The review marketplace is independent licensed FLORIDA attorneys today, and the platform's jurisdiction wall keeps Texas matters out of it until licensed Texas reviewers onboard. No cross-state pairing can occur — it is enforced in software.

Safety first, in any state. If there is violence or fear in your situation, start at Safety Mode — and Texas maintains official Standardized Protective Order Forms through the Office of Court Administration. Qualifying family-violence situations also lift the § 6.702 waiting period.

FamilyLawGPS is software operated by LegalDraft Technologies LLC — legal information, not legal advice, in Texas exactly as in Florida: no strategy selection, no judge predictions, no outcome guarantees. Official Texas forms come from txcourts.gov and TexasLawHelp, and the official pages always control.
