Multi-hop synthesis over the hash-pinned corpus and BenchPath county procedure: the retrieval expands deterministically along statutory cross-references and rule-module wiring (you see every hop), the model synthesizes across what was retrieved, each provision renders cited or flagged, the answer's own citations are run back through the Bluebook engine, and any question that turns on judgment routes to a licensed attorney. Export the whole thing as a sealed research memo.
