RULE 2.533. OATHS AND AFFIRMATIONS IN COURT Oaths and affirmations to jurors and witnesses in court may be administered by or before: (a) any judge, clerk, or deputy clerk of any court within this state; or July 1, 2026 Fla. R. Gen. Prac. & Jud. Admin. Page 187 of 259 (b) any person authorized to administer oaths in the State of Florida.
