The honest distinction: § 92.29 covers reproductions MADE BY the agency through its systems; § 90.902 self-authenticates sealed or officially signed documents; a bare printout without seal, signature, or certification commonly needs more. Certified copies exist for exactly this.

Section 90.955 lets official-record contents be proved by an AUTHENTICATED copy — the authenticated part is the work.
